After much thoughtful reflection, our Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to begin the process of dissolving Faith Community Coalition. This decision comes with heavy hearts. Over time, our volunteer-based service model has become increasingly difficult to sustain as volunteer recruitment and engagement have declined.
In the weeks ahead, information about this transition will remain available through our phone line, website, and social media channels. We also invite you to visit our Community Resources tab for additional support and information.
Even as this chapter comes to a close, we hold onto hope that the spirit of this work will continue and that others will carry forward the mission of “closing the gap” for unhoused neighbors in the Eastern Panhandle.
